Your crown awaits. 💋 —————————————— Salon Policies – Please Read Before Booking • All deposits are non-refundable. • All new clients must email a photo of your ID/Drivers License to { malayzianstylez@gmail.com before your Appointment can be confirmed. • Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50%. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% and blocked from future booking. • Late = 15+ mins. A $15 late fee applies. At 20 mins, appointment is canceled and 50% fee is charged. • No extra guests or small children. (14+ only) – Must be approved in advance if necessary. • By booking, you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our time! ✨ 72-Hour Service Guarantee ✨ I want you to love your hair! If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I’ll gladly make adjustments at no additional cost within that window. After 72 hours, any changes, corrections, or refreshes will be considered a new service and charged at full price. ————————————————— Wig Orders & Customizations • Wigs, lace, and bundles must be dropped off 2–3 days prior to your appointment for any customizations. • Custom wig orders must be placed at least 1.5 weeks (10–11 days) before your scheduled appointment. Timely drop-offs ensure your unit is ready and styled to perfection! ————————————————— Sew-In Services • Shampoo is always included, but please arrive with detangled hair. If detangling takes longer than 10 minutes, a $15+ detangling fee will be added. At that point, it is considered a detangling service. • Installing more than 3 bundles will incur an $18 upcharge per additional bundle. • Bundles must be thoroughly washed before your appointment. You may drop them off for pre-washing ahead of time for a $10 fee. If you bring unwashed bundles to your appointment, they will be washed on-site and the $10 fee will apply. ✨ Clean, prepared hair ensures the best results! ————————————————— Coloring Services – Please Read Before Booking • In-person consultation is required before booking any color service. • Do not wash your hair within 48 hours of your appointment. If needed, wash it at least 72 hours prior. • Hair must be fully detangled and completely dry. A $15 fee will be applied after every 15mins extra for detangling/dematting. • No color on previously black-dyed hair (box or professional), even if it was a year ago. • Avoid scratching your scalp before your appointment for your comfort and safety. ✨ Healthy hair is the priority, and preparation ensures the best results! ————————————————— Nail Services – Please Read Before Booking • We only use 100% gel products. • Gel-X and Builder Gel services only — no acrylic. • Nail lengths offered: XS, S, and M only. • All shapes are available except Stiletto. • We do not soak off acrylic or work over acrylic products. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Policy • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total, but you will be allowed to reschedule. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% and will be blocked from booking future appointments. No exceptions. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. At 20 minutes late, the appointment is canceled, and 50% of the service will be charged. • If you fail to notify me about lateness or cancellation, you will be charged 50% and blocked from future bookings. Please respect my time as I do yours. These policies ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all clients.
